Anyone got one of these? What wattage are they?
I'm playing a festival next weekend, and due to fast changeover times and limited backline manoeuvre on stage, I have an Orange 2 x 12 to borrow, I have a Peavey 6505+ 120 watt head, I think (and hope) the cabinet is 120 watts, matching watts on head + cab is ok isn't it? As long as the cab isn't less I shouldn't blow the speakers?
I have a feeling its the Jim Root signature cabs, cos I saw a photo of it on the band who are lending me it's fb page.
So 120 watts in 120 watts should be ok? Bearing in mind there will be monitors and I NEVER have to turn the master volume past 2.
