Orange Rocker 30 Head

Anyone have any experience with these amps? They look pretty cool, I've only played through the Rockerverb 50 Combo myself. It sounded really good, how does the Rocker 30 compare?
any insight would be great.

My friend picked up one a couple of months ago and I've put it thru the paces a couple of times....but note it's the only Orange I've played. It's got its own voice as most the Orange amps tend to have. Great little amps with good cleans and gain...I like the clean channel as the flavor of your guitar really shines thru. The only drawback I had with the amp is no effects loop.

I have a Rocker 30 Combo. Heaviest you can do is GNR, Grunge, and you can even get away with some Megadeth depending on what pickup you have. Clean channel is ok...it's not spectacular. It has that dirty british gain vibe so if you try to play complex chords at high gain, it's gonna sound like mush. Not for the hardcore metal people.

A band that played the slot before mine had a Rocker 30 combo w 2x12 v30s

played one and loved the dirty channel
very very nice, complex and throaty

the clean was jsut as described (almost uncany) its called "natural" and it really just sounded like the guitar unplugged, but louder
not my cup of tea, but the gain channel was huge
