I do not recomend the wolfgang profile if you have small hands. I have a peavey wolfgang and the neck is somewhere between a 59 les paul roundback and a strat neck or a (Warmoth standard thin). I have large hands and I like the Peavey neck because it fills up my hand better. I would suggest the standard or the wizard for you. I would also check to be sure the neck you are ordering has the side truss rod adjustment. Adjusting it at the heal is a pain to get set up just right. As far as scalloping, I had a guitar that had it done to it and I was not crazy about it. It was OK but I would go with jumbo frets and use the rest of the money for something else.
