How is the ouput of this pickup compared to HB like 59 or Jazz for example ?

The Hot Stack has an output that is a bit hotter than a standard vintage strat pickup. Most humbuckers will seem hotter---even a 59 model. This is mainly because humbuckers have much more midrange than strat pickups do---so they cut through much easier. If you put a humbucker in the bridge, and then a couple of Hot Stacks for the neck & middle, that would work fine.
