i dig you dont like fenders, thats cool......you want the el84 sound you get from the peavey....only better.....get a matchless! hehehe!
Or stating the obvious (cheaper) solution for superb crunch and lead sounds....a marshall running el34s.....ANY of those pedals into any jcm series marshall and you are guaranteed killer lead tones.
seriously....if all those pedals you have tried dont give you some killer tones, then its your amp thats the issue.

I see you have tried a Boss OD-1 but what about the SD-1, i've used it for that with Drive at 0, Level at 3'o'clock & Tone at 1'0'clock. It works great & that's what Zakk Wylde used to use before he had his own pedal out.
