Does anyone have a wiring diagram for two p rails with two volumes (pull in each for tapping) and a three way toggle switch ??

Welcome to the forum!

I think you mean 'splitting' as 'tapping' is a different electrical process.
I think you want this diagram, but you get the most out of the P-Rails with Triple Shot rings.
