I'll measure and post picks of my set tonight. I'm currently using a 1n/3b set in a Carvin DC127T.

Looks like one could theoretically order up a standard spaced PATB as a shop floor custom.

The aesthetics don't bother me and the magnetic field is wide enough that I get no drop outs on any string. In fact, the VERY even string response is what makes even the -3b a modern sounding pickup to my ears.

Well, I just pulled the trigger on a PATB 1 I found used for $40. We’ll see how it goes. I might put an A8 in it and toss it in my Strat, where my Custom 8 sounds a bit weak and thin.
