Part 2 -- Hot Rails Soldering Help!

They're all in and functional -- However, My guess is the solder is really, really weak because when I go to pick up up and play it naturally, the guitar will cut out with a static-y sound.

I've soldered, cleaned, and re-soldered everything coordinating with the volume pot three times with the same results -- Help!

that sounds like its something with the input of the amp, the output of the guitar, or the cable itself. try it with different cables and another amp if you can. if it still persists, you might try replacing the output jack on the guitar.
