Pearly bridge with 59 hybrid neck??

I have a fully hollow small body archtop with Chinese paf knockoffs that sound decent but aren’t quite doing my guitar justice.. I was going to go full pearly gates until I found the 59 hybrid.. I’m wondering if anyone has paired these before and what they sounded like together?? On paper they seem like a good flexible matchup..

The Hybrid is a great pickup for the bridge, but I am not sure I would like it in the neck.

Oh ok, I misunderstood your post. Then, that's an excellent combo.

They sure eq nicely together.. and I will have coil splits too. I’m debating dedicating one switch to split both coils and the other to change which half of the humbucker is hot while split.. idk if the hybrid can do that though… I ordered the 59 already going to grab a pearly next!! Thanks!!! I’ll update with the results.

It can. Red/white wire short to green for one coil. R/W short to black for the other coil. I believe short to green gives you the stud (Custom) coil.
