You ask for power combined with warmth, so here is another vote for the Custom Custom in the bridge position.
You can pair the Custom Custom with a Pearly Gates at the neck position, that should be a fine combo!

I forgot to add that I'm looking for something good for jazz in the clean mode. I love the Texas blues sound of the pearly gates too just not sure how they clean up for jazz. I read that Seth lovers are good for cleaning up too. Then I read about antiquities being great for that too but a little more pricey. I'm torn on which way to go

I have Pearly Gates in my black SE Singlecut. Love 'em!
I have Duncans in five PRS guitars: Antiquity, Seth Lover, 59's, PG's and custom set I put together with a 59n neck and Custom Shop Pearly Gates in the bridge.
For rock and blues, the Seth Lovers or Pearly Gates can't be beat.
To me, my Seth set has a little smoother sound than the PG's but not by much. It still has these sort or raw mids and the PG's have even more of that quality. Great for Gary Moore style overdriven tones.
They get great clean tones too.

I think the "off the shelf" Seth Lovers will suit you fine. I can't judge them versus Antiquities though, I have not tried those (due to the price!). But I think you can't do wrong with a "regular" Seth Lover at the neck!

What I hear is the Antiquity being a little more reserved and polite compared to the Seth Lovers.
And I hear the Pearly Gates as being a little more raw and aggressive than the Seth Lovers.
The Seth Lovers sit right between the Pg's and Antiquitys in my opinion.
I use the Seths without covers, and the PG's with covers, BTW.
I love all three sets and all get great clean tones for jazz or whatever.
I'm kind of a jazzy blues player so I can't be happy with a guitar that doesn't get a nice inspiring clean tone when I want it for jazzy chords.

Pearly Gates in your PRS will be a great sound. I have two PRS guitars with full PG sets, a Core Mira (covered) and a Semi Hollow Reclaimed CE (uncovered). They sound great in both guitars, extremely versatile. Although both the Seth Lovers and Antiquities are both great sounding pickups, they squeal going through high gain amps due to being unpotted. Pearly Gates sound great in all situations.

Shouldn't have any trouble with the PGs, incredible set. They clean up very well and can take the dirt you throw at it.

There does need to be a distinction between pickups with nickel covers vs. those without.
My Seth Lovers without covers sound like a very different pickup without covers. Much more aggressive and a much better rock pickup.
With covers, the Seths sound much more restrained, and IMO, not as good.
I prefer them uncovered and since they're not wax potted, the covers remove fairly easily.
There does need to be a distinction between pickups with nickel covers vs. those without.
