Peavey Duel 212(all tube) need help

yesterday i was in at my local shop, i was playing a peavey XXL and noticed that there was a 212 all tube 120watt peavey sitting there, so i let it warm up and plugged in, the cleans sound damn good and didnt break up to bad, and the overdrive/distortion channel sounded damn good to, it was called the: Peavey Duel 212, and on the bottom it said "classic tube series" , and it you can add boost and brightness to each channel, this amp is goin for 699.99 CANADIAN, the only thing is it is used, should i jump on it?

ive played the 1x12 version of that thing and i thought forthe money it sounded pretty good. id try and talk the guy down a little but if you like the amp, then i might get it
