I'm a big fan of those Tele-style Peavey Generation EXP guitars. They've very solid, imo, for budget axes and the higher end models are GREAT telecaster alternatives. Hell, for 200 bones how can you pass that up?


Anyway, hey, I'm not a fan or pointy guitars, but what's that single pickup tele style one with the FR in your pics? It says "MIRAGE" on it? Tell me about it?

I like a few of the USA Peaveys and would not turn that Generation Tele down. I wish they'd come back with a modern T-60 again...those were teh shiz.

I had fond remebrances of the T-60, cause I once had one that i lost in the pawnshop, so i got another one and didnt care for it at all. Then I tried another one just to be certain, and yeah, I really don't like those guitars.

I used to use a couple of their old basses when I was young and I loved them but they were funky. No one wanted them but they were too good to pass up for the price.

Most of there higher end guitars I have played were quite good just not my style. I do like that EXP Tele thing though.

Peavey gets ragged on a lot but for the most part I have had great luck with everything I have ever had that had there name on it, well other than resale.
