peavey jsx w/ mesa trad cab?

has anyone tried these 2 together? i have a peavey jsx head right now which i may trade off eventually to get a mesa stiletto deuce which i already know would sound good with this cab... but for right now i need a cab for my jsx that will sound good with both the jsx and the stiletto(in case i decide to get one).. has anyone played the jsx through this cab?

I think the TripleX and JSX both sound their best through V30 cabs. Mesa is a good choice for a quality cab.

I've got the oversized cab, but both are amazing cabinets, and I would be happy playing either.

Opinions of the JSX aside, the Mesa cabs sound absolutely crushing with every amp I've had.

well i got news!

went to my local mesa dealer yesterday and first i tried the stletto deuce through the trad 4x12 and thought it sounded pretty good, great clean.. and i thought the overdrive channel was wicked, keyword their.. 'thought'. so i brought my jsx in and plugged it into the 4x12 and seriousy.. the whole tone of the jsx sounded like i have never heard before out of my avatar or marshall cabs.. it was absolutely huge and crushing and i love the **** out of my jsx now! unfortunately i was up all night playing it and got 3 hours of sleep and now i have to go to work for 10 hours
