Peavey Windsor head. (This is more of a "feeler" than a sale.)

I don't know what I was thinking when I bought this. A high-gain, 100W tube head, is not exactly a usable "bedroom" amp. I've had it now for several years, and its been turned on for maybe 20 minutes. 15 of those, just talking about it. If I turn the gain past "1", even the neighbors who love my ass would call the cops.

I bought this new off the showroom floor. I want it to go away fast, but then again, I don't want to just give it away. What would be a fair price for this? I'd like $250, but will entertain all offers. Shipping will be the "fly in the ointment". This beast is heavy. Thoughts?

This is an internet pic, but mine looks identical. It's still, virtually, brand new.

P.S. This would go great with a slutbucker. :D

I just reversed some mods gone wrong and brought one back from the dead just the other day. Good sounding amp when turned up. They act a little different if you pull the outer power tubes, and drop the impedance. More wiggle room to hit a sweet spot on the preamp and master volume controls. Still too loud for a bedroom amp though.

I hope yours finds a good home. Those things need to o be gigged.

Temp hold for ND while I consider his trade.

Isolation cabinet, brother. Full power, tenth of the volume (if that).

Yes. That project is already in the works. Parts and wood in stock. Now . . . just looking for the time. ;)

most of my purchases end with me saying "It sounded like a good idea at the time..."
