I have an MXR Stereo Chorus that is 18V and I have a bunch of Boss pedals that are 9V. Is there a converter for a 9V adapter that can power 18v pedals in the same chain as 9V pedals? I just want to make sure before I buy anything.

I don't think so, at least not with a daisy chain supply like the 1 spot. You can get adapters to run 18V pedals off of a PP2+, but that is an isolated supply which has eight 9V outs. The adapter combines two of the 9V outputs for 18V.

voodoo lab or 1 spot with chain. Those are the only ones I'd recommend for reliability. But I also only have like 4 pedals too though lol..

I just installed a Pedaltrain Volto, it is chargeable via USB. I really like it so far. 2000 mA may not be enough juice for a big board though.

Voodoo Labs PP2 is the best one I have used, is super versatile and built like a tank. I have had mine for several years and never had any hassles, don't mount your wah too close to it though.

If you need to power 9 or 18-volt pedals, I recommend the DUNLOP Dc Brick. Not the MXR Dc-Brick. The MXR has plugs coming and going out of all sides and it ends up taking up half your board. (Seriously...terrible design.)

If you need some genuine Saudi Bachelor Party $h!T on your board, then go with the voodoo labs Mondo.

Which I believe is just a 2+ and Digital crammed into one enclosure. So Mr. Agileguy is in effect, already rocking one. although I'd put his board in the "Saudi Bachelor Party $h!T" category.
