Has anyone purchased a pickguard from Greasy Groove, Inc?

purchased from them a couple times.
Once was a bunch of small parts - knobs, switch tips and the like, 2nd time was a custom pickguard.
The 1st time was fine. shipped on time and had no issues with the products themselves.
2nd time was atrocious. I don't know if they were having problems with their ordering system, but I didn't get an order confirmation after placing the order. I got in touch with them two weeks later, when the pickguard was supposed to be completed/shipped, and I was informed that they hadn't even started it yet. I had to specifically ask if they even received my order. I was told yes, and the I was apologized to for not being sent a confirmation. Then they took another two weeks to finish the pickguard and a week to ship it to me. It didn't even fit right. The dimensions were slightly off, and the screw holes were misaligned as well.
I had to get another custom pickguard made by Pickguardian.com and they were a pleasure to deal with.
