Should I just raise them until I get the warbling or Stratitis, then go down a small amount until it goes away. I have these measurements but haven't used them yet. Might need to get a better pickup height gauge as the stewmac one I have is hard to read.

These aren't single coils, as they work like humbuckers. The above are just guidelines, but not a bad place to start. The Duckbucker is a quieter pickup than the other 2, so I bet to balance the outputs (if that is important to you) it might need to be higher than the other pickups by a little.

Mine was wired up b y 920D For now I'm keeping everything in humbucker ( not split ) mode. Pretty happy after this morning's adjustments. I am noticing that the bridge-middle tone control does a lot in terms of level. If I back it off for lead tones and then go to rhythm in position two, the level is lower than I'd like. But rather than adjusting the tone knob mid-song I'd rather boost the Helix snapshot so the level adjusts itself.

I don't know if you'd find split all that useful anyway. Parallel, certainly, but splitting the little humbuckers isn't the same as splitting a full size one- and the Duckbucker can't really be split.

Step 1 - find spec and set to that.
Step 2 - move up or down slightly, and listen
Step 3 - repeat until you are happy

Pickup height gauge?

I got a nickel a penny and a dime

A pair of digital calipers will find a use everywhere

Stewmac is great but some of their stuff is application specific
