Pickup suggestions for an upcoming partscaster

Re: Pickup suggestions for an upcoming partscaster

The Black Winter has nice mids. The Pegasus (to me) is less scooped than the Custom, and I think not as 'big' sounding. But it is tight. It splits well. It still has clarity. It sounds better in more woods than the Custom. It actually sounds great clean, too.

How does the Perpetual Burn compare to the Pegasus? The profiles on the catalog look almost identical.

Go with one of the Ibanez 5-way HH wiring schemes, more interesting that way

The Perpetual Burn has more higher mids. To me, it is a more polite JB.
