Pickups for HB guitar?

For the bridge I want something raw for metal, namely Metalicca, Megadeth stuff (I know about EMG's) and for the Neck I want something good for blues like some Janis Joplin/jimmy page/ G and R thing that would work well with a coil split on both.

Dave Mustaine uses a JB in the bridge, or did until his new actives came out. Personally I recommend an alnicoIIpro in the neck but the '59 is a better match to the JB.

What amp and guitar is this for?????? That will help us suggest something alot better for you.

Its for my Schecter DS s1+ (maple top, Mohag. back) and my amp is a Peavey classic 50 410. I was thinkig about going with the Pearly Gn and the Custom Custom in the bridge.

go Custom in the bridge. As for the neck I dont know, I still have the factory neck in my guitar.
But the custom has what you want.

That sounds like a good combo, but I'd go with the Duncan Custom instead of the Custom Custom. IMO, of course.

Custom/Pearly Gates all the way bro!

I agree that the CC should be avoided for that style of music.

The JB or Distortion would have been my first guesses for bridge pickups from the Duncan line, with a '59 in the neck.
