Pickups for LP jr and strat HS Combination

for the LP jr i think of SH-5 but what is the best for the neck with this?

Antiquity Humbucker: neck / 11014-01
or to stay with the gibson 490T (Alnico II) ?

for the strat i think also TB5 or TB4 JB or dimarzio super distortion
the Combination of the strat is HS and the H split coil by switch
so what S will be the best?
