Your guitar looked just "ok" before, but now I think it looks SWEET! Doesn't Petrucci have an axe that has a similar paint scheme as that?

Thanks man, yeah that's his paint scheme. That's actually just a peel and stick graphic kit thing from universaljems.com. It ran about 15 or 20 bucks, not too shabby.

Yeah, I tried to take away from that some by stickin an extra piece in there. Still looks pretty cool IMO though.

Just out of interest, how tough is that stuff? Do you reckon it'd start peeling or have other side effects after a while?

Jono, it seems pretty sturdy. The stickers are a kind I haven't really seen/messed with before, they're a pretty thin vinyl material but are very tacky (not gooey though, pretty cool stuff). Should hold up, time will tell I suppose.
