Please help with wiring new Custom 5

I have a Robin Medley that is getting this new pickup, It has a 3 way strat type of switch on it and a Single Coil pickup at the neck...I will be disconnecting the neck pickup and would like to wire the new Custom 5 as follows...switch position 1 = full Custom 5, switch position 2 = single coil on the Custom 5, switch position 3 = kill
Is there a way to do this ?....thanks for any advice/help

It's hard to say without seeing your switch, but most 3-pos blade switches look like this (each lug is in brackets):

(3L) || (XR)
(2L) || (3R)
(1L) || (2R)
(XL) || (1R)

The X lugs are the ones that are "active" all the time. The rest are only on when the switch is in that specific position. Have a good look at the switch and make sure you understand which is which.

Make the following connections:

- Ground (back of volume pot usually) to XR
- Volume pot outside lug to XL
- Custom 5 Green to XR
- Custom 5 Black to 1L and 2L
- Custom 5 Red to 2R
- Custom 5 White to 2R

That should do it.
