Guys I need a small versatile "all in one" unit for a few solo/duo gigs I've got coming up.
I can't take my main guitar rack and board so need something light, versatile and decent sounding.

I've borrowed a friend's Pod XT Pro for the past few weeks and while on paper, it's great, the reality is a bit of a letdown.
I've downloaded loads of user tones but nothing seems to feel right.

Has anyone used the Digitech GSP 1101 ?
Again, on paper it looks great and I hear good things about it but I'd like to hear some real user opinions please.
I can get a great deal on one inc the dedicated pedalboard.

I can't stretch to the Axe FX so that's not an option.

Thanks for the help.

There's firmware for the GSP 1101 that allows you to load cabinet IRs into it. If you can't swing a POD HD series (the XT is about 7 years old now), I'd go for the GSP 1101.

I can afford the Pod HD, but it'd be the pedalboard version.
Are they that much better ?
