Polishing plastic

Hi

How and with what can I best polish a plastic humbucker?
I used Meguiar's Plast-X but when polished, it is shining but not as black as a new pickup, like there is a white haze left.

There's a plastic polishing "kit", from a company called Nova. I think it's three parts. Works great, but I haven't used it in about 30 years. It was great for polishing turntable dust covers.
