What DAW, amp simulator and drum plug in is that?

Re: Post a photo of what you use to record songs with, your "home studio"

It seems IK Multimedia Amplitube 3 (amp/cab/effects simulator, probably Custom Shop) and Toontrack EZ Drummer (Drum sequentiation).
No idea about the DAW (it isn't Pro Tools, for sure. Maybe Nuendo or Logic).

Re: Post a photo of what you use to record songs with, your "home studio"

Looks like Reaper.

My first setup was a neon yellow Panasonic dual cassette player/recorder w a stereo mic input.
I am assuming this is a joke, but if not, I want to hear what you are producing on this beast! :)

Dang that looks crazy - how's about some clips s2d?

Re: Post a photo of what you use to record songs with, your "home studio"

Rough ideas:
Sennheiser E609 into Tascam DP-004

Full recording:
I'm currently using a Rivera RockCrusher Recording for guitars. I also mix it with a E609 live recording. All goes through the Presonus Audiobox into Mixcraft 6 Pro.

I am doing something similar on my new album; DI tracks goes from interface > reamp > pedals > Studio 2 > line out > interface. That track then goes into a Torpedo Wall of Sound III set with a distant mic.

Then I double track it with an e609 > mic pre > interface.

Means having to track each DI guitar twice, but the blend is very cool.

Re: Post a photo of what you use to record songs with, your "home studio"

I will have to figure out how to post some pictures later on because I'm doing everything from my cell phone as the computer now
