Post Your Fav. Backing Tracks

Fun to jam along to when the practice regimens get boring and/or when you just wanna work out those improvisational skills.

Post your faves!

FUUUUU- Lookin' back, it appears a bunch of my old faves have been removed. Lame.

Ah well, here are some I haven't messed with in a good while but were super fun.

I wish I could upload the tracks from Paul Hanson's Shred Guitar... THOSE are sooooo much fun.

That's a cool one! I'm gonna have to jam along to that for sure.

****in' **** won't let me post all the vids in one post...

That's also a cool one.

Am I missing something here? F minor? There's nothing but drums... Are the drums tuned to F minor?

I liked this for about 10-20 seconds, and then I realized that it's just the same riff over and over again. I get bored of tracks like this real quick :\

PS. if you use the [ video ][ /video ] tags, it only allows you one. Use the [ youtube ] tags instead.

Ah thanks dude.

Ya can't hear the bass in the F minor one? And yeah, that last one just loops. Pissed they took away this one power metal one in C#. That one was so damn fun.

I haven't played with backing tracks in quite awhile, but Niels has always had some GREAT tracks.

lol maybe i should listen on my good speakers instead of my laptop hahaha.

LesStrat: that he does!

Seeing as I'm not in a band anymore, any time I wanna groove and give the ol' improv skills a workout, backing tracks it is. It's a good way to get outside of my musical comfort zone and force myself to learn to jam with other kinds of music I don't normally play.
