Yes, Warmoth and Epi LPs count. I did own an Epi though I sold it to a pawn shop as I needed money [emoji23] though I may get another one. I prefer Les Pauls without the pickguard as they look so pretty. [emoji817][emoji119][emoji817]

You didnt like the pic? Was it cause it wasnt an action shot? Some exist of him in action but I would get an infraction posting them. You can dig them up on the net if you like just be prepared to be dutch ruddered.



Wouldnt Lester be a longer name for Les Paul? Especially since the mans real name is Lester Polsfuss?

Thanks Securb! That LP is way better than mine, but at least I can say I now own a Gibson. Now all I need is the other half of the tried and true Gibson + Marshall = [emoji173]️ combo. The Marshall amp.

Better is a subjective term. I waited a long time for that particular guitar. I have lusted for a burst twice your lifetime. My first Gibson was a Sonex, much further down the Gibson food chain than your guitar. However, I had a lot of great hours playing and gigging on that guitar. I am sure you are going to log many great hours with yours.

I like that guitar! And yes, this LPJ will get a lot of home use, and maybe the occasional jam gig. Idk WTF my mother was thinking when she said I could blow $1500 on a guitar. But it would have been my only chance to snag up a nice Gibby. ;) of course, if I hate the sound of the Zebra coloured pups into my amp, it'll get those taken out and a Slash Alnico 2 Pro set will be installed.

With a handle like mine, this thread was made for me.

My namesake LP on the right, along with a '73 Deluxe I sold to my drummer


I'll stop posting pics here so I can leave room for all of Jolly's incredible guitars, but I've got lots more pics of ones I own and used to own.
