I see the MXR got to you ok Matt, how do you like it?

Re: post your pedals, rack effects, amps

the pedals i use more often:

-MXR phase 90 EVH edition
-Dunlop Crybaby from hell dimebag signature wah
-Boss flanger
-Boss TU-2 floor tuner (favorite pedal used all the time!! hehe)

others i don't use often:

-1979 MXR Distortion + (the real deal not a reissue!)
-late 70's morley power wah (all chrome)
-zoom 606 multiple effect pedal (used for headphone practice)
-origional DOD pedals not digitech reissues (grunge, punkifier and death metal) hardly use these anymore
-4 danelectro pedals i never use anymore

other:
-line 6 pod xt (not an amp and not technically a pedal so i'll put it in other lol)

amps:
-peavey ultra plus
-1979 Marshall JMP 50w

i've had tons of pedals over the years but i'm not a big pedal user at all...i just got the EVH phase 90 to use in one new song i wrote for my band and i think i'll be using pedals a bit more now to spice things up a bit. i think i may pick up an old style boss oc-2 octave pedal next (not the new oc-3) b/c i have a few ideas for that along with a digitech whammy which i have wanted for ages just never bought.

Fret I've been meaning to pm you and let you know I got it. I only got to play my acoustic through it until today. I just put it through it's paces with my amp and other pedals about an hour ago. I like it much better than the boss. It sounds good in front of my OS-2. I'm real happy I got it.

Re: post your pedals, rack effects, amps

boss bd-2 blues driver
mxr dyna comp
dunlop gcb-95 crybaby
?Morley A/B/Y switcher
(in no order, when i play, i plug the eletric straight into the morley, the dyna comp goes in front of the acoustic into the morley, and the blues driver and crybaby go after the morley, into the amp)
Crate VC 30

Re: post your pedals, rack effects, amps

screamingdaisy...how did you hold your pedals to the diamond plate? i have a huge sheet of aluminum diamond plate left over from a car project and was thinking of making a pedal board with it but i can't decide on a good way to hold the pedals to it due to the uneven surface.

TU-2
CE-3
StratDeluxer modded SD-1
DigiTech X series Delay
X series Metal Master
Reissue Whammy
Ibanez Smash Box
Akai Shred-o-Matic or Slice and Dicer or whatever it's called

ART SGX 2000 (from the very old days)

Bad Horsie Wah
Dime Wah, both now in the trusted hands of Mr. Spina

Friggin' ridiculous. Now I'm sure some of you have tons more pedals than this, but if I had it to do all over again... Buy my practise/beginner amp or whatever, then SAVE MY CASH. Play through all kinds of amps, be patient, identify tonal preferences and what's gonna get me there, figure out what I really wanted, then buy my dream amp with all that CASH I didn't spend on a bunch of pedals I bought trying to turn a crap amp into a Bogner :banghead:. :laugh2: In the mean time, I'll keep scouring EBay and the forum for other magic pedals!

Cut little strips out of light guage aluminum and drill a hole in each end. Use the screws in the bottom of your pedal to attach the strip on one end, then drill and bolt the other to the board. Just make sure you like your current layout as it's a pain in the ass to reorganize.
