Pot ratings and my new pickups

I have installed a JB, cool rail, and a hot rail in my strat. I've still got the 250k pots installed, but how would other pot ratings affect my tone? If I were to use 500k pots instead, would I change out all 3 of them? I don't completely understand how this works. Thanks.

typical pots lose a little high end to ground. the higher the value, the less loss of high end. this is percieved as a brighter tone at your ear.

the volume pot will make the most difference. if you like the sound, then keep what you have. if you think its too dark then start putting 500k pots in one at a time and listen to the difference

Who make good quality pots?

I know that Dimarzio offers parts. Where do you order parts from, so that you can get quality components?
