Could anyone tell me what are the main componets in a power amp and which ones affects the tone the most except for the power tubes and trensformers?

You got 2 out of 4. Output tubes are probably the most important, and certainly the one people fool with the most. The output transformer is also very important. When manufacturers cheap out on the OT, it makes a difference, and leaves a potential for major improvement by replacing with one of the excellent aftemarket OT's.
I would add to the list "power supply design"; most significantly the choice of SS or tube rectification, but also the B+ voltage and the amount of filtering.
Also, add biasing: fixed vs. cathode biased.
