problem with floyd rose special

hi
i have a floyd rose special with EPiphone

problem : now when i push the bar in the outside (like Vai if you want)
a lot of strings are ejected (jump out)
i don't know why because it did not do that before

i have changed some little black pieces
perhaps not tighten the strings near from the pickups?

If pulling sharp on the vibrato arm tugs the strings out of the anchoring points, the strings can not have be gripped sufficiently firmly.

This could be due to;
1) Under-tightening of the blocks. (Various possible contributing factors to this one.)
2) Worn blocks.
3) Not cutting off the entire double twisted section of the end of each string.
4) The relative Cheepnis of the materials and workmanship of the FRS compared to the FRO.

i have some Schaller pieces: the little black things to block the strings

the E string goes easily to d or do#

professionals say not to tight too much the blocks

and maybe i must change the springs

Whether I had that problem, I took the little tiny blocks and ran them across a flat piece of sandpaper, took the smooth painted surface and have it some traction.
Never had any issues after that, and it only took like 5 minutes.
