Hey guys hello everyone im new here :D

i have a laney IRT60H and im having a problem with my channels.... the amp has 3 channeels, clean, rhythm and lead

For example if i am playing in the lead channel and i switch to the clean channel and then to the rhythm channel; everything its ok, but! If i do this many many times i ear some weird noise from the amp, similar when we are plugin in a cable into the guitar... maybe its the sound of some.. interference?

So here its the problem, after that the rhytm channel got close to mute and lead channel loss a lot of gain and volume, and just the clean channel its sounding good.

its very weird even to explain :33:

any ideas? i bought the amp about two weeks ago! maybe the speaker cable ?? or its maybe a tube and need to be repaired...

Cheerss! hope u can help me guys :18:

PD: sorry about my english its not my first language

Re: Problem with Laney ironheart 60h

My guess is that the relay (assuming it uses one) is sometimes getting caught in between so its not really on any channel. It could be the relay is faulty or it could be the relay's power supply is not delivering the right voltage consistently.

Return it for repairs or get a replacement unit. I'll assume you bought new? warranty should cover it.

Unless you are stepping on the speaker cable each time when changing channels on the amp, your speaker cable is fine.
