pups for a custom project

I'm in the process of building a Tele Style guitar using Black Walnut for the body and possibly the Warmouth V walnut/rosewood neck. I used to own a '78 Fender Custom Tele, which i really liked the sound of, I have also tried a few thinlines which have humbuckers at the neck and bridge, sweet sound.
I don't know the pups model numbers and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Although the sound is the most important, I would really like cream colored, or off white.
I was thinking maybe the SH4 JB with the SH2 Jazz

how bright is the guitar acousticly? ive never played an all walnut electric.
cream buckers is always a trick since dimarzio owns that trademark

I only have the body assembled so far, I want to buy the pickups before routing out the holes. According to Warmouth the tonal properties of Wlanut are very similar to Maple but not as "bright".
