I'm still waiting for the correct set (long shaft) push/ pull pots to get here for my LP, but I have a question....
It's my '00 Classic, pots are mounted to a plate, and these are the volume pots that are being replaced to split the pair of PGs (which rock in this guitar BTW)...
What's the cleanest way to wire them up? They need two separate lugs wired to ground if I'm thinking correct... so how have some of you wired them up? The last one (which was splitting the CC in the bridge of my SG) I just wired one ground lug from the pot to the other on the DPDT block, and than had another lead out to the common ground. It looked like doo-doo, but it worked.
Is that what I'm stuck with or does someone have a cleaner way to do it? Pics would be great!
