Question about turbo tuner st-200 function

Ive looked at the manual and i cant figure out if its possible to play a note, and have the tuner readjust itself to that note.

Lets say the open A string is flat by 17 cents. Can you do something to the tuner to have the open A Calibrate to the zero-point on the strobe display?

I think you need to know the frequency of the open A at 17 cents flat, then you could save it into one of the custom presets and build a tuning around it.
