recommend me a 2x12

im looking for a good 2x12 amp with a budget of around $400-650. i usually play mainly just everything rock. a little metal also like metallica. open to any suggestions. thanks.

I do not have a lot of experience with 2X12" cabnets, but Carvin does make some good ones, In fact I am picking up one for my Mesa head. I play high gain metal..

Carvin Legacy 2x12. Comes with vintage 30's and built solid, you can get one on ebay for about $250.

But I think this guy's looking for a combo amp, not just a cab.

Fender FM 212R. Great clean tone and decent distortion in a cheap durable package. I have read a few reviews of people having problems with them but the number of positive to negative is like 7-1. Own one and i love it. The only thing it doesnt come with is any effects but thats alright cause IMO most of the factory effects suck anyways.

take a gander at a Marshall TSL 602. I really liked the TSL60 head, so the combo should be pretty decent too. Great for hard rock.
