Hey, I am after a phat cat pickup, but don't want it in nickel or gold, so am wandering how hard it would be to pop off the cover and put on a new one.

so would I be able to replace the nickel for the black cover here, I realise it dosen't have the polipiece slots, so would I be able to either have them hidden under the cover or drill some holes for them.
