Replacement guitar neck

Who makes a great replacement neck to my specs. I'm looking to get a strat neck for my Eric Johnson strat with the same profile but I also want it baked and with large Jumbo stainless steel frets.
I love my headstock with staggered tuners and my 12/16 radius with the soft V and quartersawn. I think i want a satin finish on the back of the neck but keep the finish on the fret board. I like the nut too.
 
The boatneck that Warmoth does is close to the EJ profile from what I remember (a little less defined V?), and they offer baked and SS frets (including jumbo) as options. The easiest way to get satin on the back and gloss on the front of the guitar would be to take some sandpaper and just rough up a gloss finish.
 
Musikraft should be able to do all of that as well, sans the finish, though it might be possible to ask them or Warmoth for a one-off with this option.
