reverb pedals

I have a marshall jcm 800 and was goin to have reverb put on it but every place i talked to said it would be better and cheaper to buy a pedal. So I was wondering if anybody has used one or has one and which one may be the best.

I like the gray colored Boss Reverb pedal. It's stereo too so you can use it to drive two amps in stereo. Lew

Edit: I don't mean to discount the other pedals mentioned. I just mean, "this one" is the one I use & love.

Yep, the Lanilei is pretty much an Accutronics in stomp box form, great stuff.

The best footswitchable reverb out there is the Van Amps reverb, but it's not as cheap as the others.
