His signature Tele has DiMarzio's Chopper T (bridge) and Twang King in the neck.

Well, a DiMarzio Chopper is a side-by-side Tele-sized humbucker that sounds like a beefy Tele pickup. If you go with a full-size humbucker, I would go wth a Fred, a Screamin' Demon, or a JB. In the neck, I would use a good Strat pickjup that's a little louder than a vintage type. The Twang King is one of the best Tele neck pickups out there, however, you would have a tough time hanging with a JB with a Twang King.
