guitar tone help

some one can help me?

i have 3 guitars:
1 fender hm strat (24 frets and floyd rose)
1 jackson dk-2 dinky
1 peavey v-type

i'd like to customize them with these pickups (i already own them):

fender: 1 screamin deamon (bridge) and 1 hot rails (neck), both with coil tapping option, for big rock sound and good clean options: a kind of "elegant" rock/pop sound

jackson: 1 screamon deamon (bridge) and 1 little 59 (neck), for a killer rock sound, even with good clean sounds

peavey: 1 dimebucker (bridge), for the most metal rhythm sound i can get.

i've seen on screamon deamon that it's a low output pickup, but i already use it on fender and it has a good output i think (and: could george lynch use low output picksups? i don't think sooo). the jackson has duncan design pickups: they're really noisy, but they rock! i hope that putting the deamon will not loose this energy: do you think that i risk it? someone could suggest me other "big uotput pickups", like full shred, invaders or similar, but i'm afraid that with them i could lose the definiotn of notes...
which one could suggest me the best options, especially for their experiences?
let me know..cheers to everybody!
