They've been dragging their feet to get it up and running. Their customer service has been rather abysmal as well....phone calls not returned and emails not answered.

I wonder if something is up with them...my local dealer..who just brought them on this year was selling every Chubster they could get their hands on within days. They haven't had a one since I bought mine and had complained about Rivera being hard to get amps from...

funny you say that...my local shop had like 6 or 7 Riveras and now they're down to 2 or 3 with just some empty spaces where the others were...mysteeeeeeeerious?
