A couple of days after getting the Agile home I unpackaged it to get it ready to give to my son and I noticed the pickguard was all scratched! I didn't notice in the store.
Rondo has a 24 hour damage reporting policy so I was a little concerned that they would not accept my claim since that time had lapsed.
I contacted Rondo and they had no problem with swapping out the pickguard. They even offered to send me a new one and save me the trip back to the store.
My son gets his new ax tomorrow! :dance:
