ROSEWOOD NECK

Hi guy,
when I play my strat that as got a rosewood neck, When I use my fingers to slide, they do not slide that well,
it seems like the rosewood is too dry,
What do you guy put on the neck to treat this,

Fretboard conditioner (I use dunlop 02) onto the top of the board, spread around with a rag, wipe off the excess. Also it may be worth looking into your technique. Everyone has different hands, but if the fretboard inhibits your ability to slide, you might need to experiement with different angles

Maple is “slicker” than rosewood. But I love the tone of the latter.
