My carvin neck came today and I got right to work! My jigsaw broke which explains the extremely rough cut. I will be cleaning that up first thing tomorrow with my template and router. My first neck through build!

Nice! Though if I were in your shoes I'd re-evaluate the shape of that top horn. It looks a bit like a limp phallus instead of a sleek horn :/

Given the bottom horn, maybe cutting it short before the 'droop'

Ended up leaving the horn as is though I might scoop it a bit. I also routed the trem cavity and rough carved the tummy cut and arm bevel. This guitar is seriously comfortable even without any hardware. Oh yeah, I rough carved the heel as well, smooth access all the way up!

Gold hardware will accompany this sexy little mother in case anyone was curious. Hipshot tuners and a steel upgraded Wilkinson trem. Haven't decided on pickups yet but I might go with either a p90 stacked in the neck or a Pearly gates, and then a JB in the bridge since I have all those laying around.
