He's not going to agree to meet to view the gear because he doesn't have it. All asking him to do so does is add suspicion that he might not have the gear if he's unwilling to allow it to be inspected - which we already know.

Can we find out this guys name and address?

Yah, i live in brazil ,but not NEAR the STATE/PROVINCE where the guy is supposed to LIVE.
i emailed him about the peavey but he didn´t answered me
I DID IT IN PORTUGUESE.
One of the reasons he didn´t replied yet is that he coule FAKING the fact that he is in brazil OR NOT?

It appears 200.196.41.245 has it's FTP port open. Wonder what kind of fun that could be :dance:

Haha, could be of some use, but I can't think of any good services that use that port.

Now that we have the IP, not that I want to blow our cover, but perhaps I could attempt to put a keystroke logger on his machine? We could uncover ALOT more info. Hehe two wrongs make a right?

The bastard didn't click the links in my eail so I can't give another IP to confirm things. Tattooed's info says he runs Mozilla, so that means he is probably fairly up to snuff about computers, enough that I suspect I would have a hard time putting anything on his comp to bug him without him noticing etc...

For now see what you can do through your lawyer friend.
