Scarlet and Scourge wiring

Hoping someone can help me out with this. I'm having trouble with my new scarlet and scourge pickups. recently had them installed into a Jackson virtuoso. it's a 1 volume, 1 tone set up with a 5-way super switch. I Followed the diagram SD provides and all I am getting are clean, muddied sounds from both the neck and bridge pickups. does anyone have any experience wiring these, have a better diagram, or do I need to run it back and make sure my connections are good? I've never used a super switch before so any help would be greatly appreciated

can you post a clear picture of the wiring? which diagram did you use? those pups shouldnt sound muddy

Does the tone control work? Possibly its wired backwards so it's full treble cut at 10 and no cut at 0.

so this is the diagram I used for the install. The black wire with orange sticker is neck pickup. I think, the red/white wires may be soldered backwards based on the diagram but I’m not sure
