Strictly speaking they are not. The Schallers are 10mm. The Sperzels are 13/32" IIRC which is 10.32mm. In practice it'll work fine but yes, you enjoy the imperial system and fraction madness at it's best.

Yes but that doesn't change the fact that as an American company they felt obligated to use the *(@&(@^@ imperial system with (*&@()*@&@() fractions. If they are actually manufactured in the US then they wouldn't find anybody to make 10mm anything. I don't think those 0.3mm will make a big difference, of course.
