Schecter Traditional Telecaster made in Los Angeles in the mid 90's. Make no mistake....this is NOT an imported Diamond Series.
Everyone who knows the lineage of Tom Anderson, US made Schecter, and wants a guitar on par with a Suhr for half what it's worth, this the deal to swoop down on. This tele has the most resonant woody sounding lightweight swamp ash body.....and it's beautiful, and flawless. This guitar was oil finished from top to bottom, so it feels like raw wood and rings like a bell.
It's all stock with the tapped Monstertone pickups, and pullup tone knob. That means it can go from spanky tele tones to thicker P-90'ish tones.
If you're looking for something like a slim tapered shred fast neck like the Suhr thin C, THIS IS IT. This neck has vintage tuners, but is definitely a fast playing thin C. The body is so nice, maybe you'll just buy it and throw your favorite fat neck on it, if that's your thing. One picture has vintage style pickups in it, but it's coming with the original Monstertones.
Comes with the original hardshell case. The neck plate is engraved SCHECTER The Original California Custom.
