School me on Tele Pickup heights

After having super adjustability in all other guitars, i could not deal with a traditional tele neck pickup with hidden screws.

I would have to mod it to get the screws thru the pickguard.

I need to tweak!

Just get a "modern" pickguard...

That's cut for a SM-1.
